Terms and conditions
for the sale of extracts from the Zenith register

INTRODUCTION

ZENITH, a wholly owned subsidiary of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA, provides individuals with a worldwide "Extract from the Registers" service providing historical information on watches that are not part of the current collection.

This service can be accessed via the "Extract from the Registers" section on www.zenith-watches.com.

The quality of the responses provided depends on the information (serial numbers and photographs) provided by the customers, as well as the data available on the timepiece in question within the Zenith Registers. The system conducts an active search on the client's behalf. This is in line with current legal requirements with regard to supplying an online service and with consumer protection norms.
