On September 17th 2012, over 250 guests – including journalists, retailers and clients – from around the world congregated in the Musée des Arts et Métiers (Arts and Crafts Museum) in Paris to celebrate the stellar Pilot collection by Zenith. The numerous guests included brand ambassador Felix Baumgartner - who will be jumping this coming October out of a capsule from an altitude of 36.5 kilometres as part of the Red Bull Stratos mission. Celebrities in attendance included Virginie Ledoyen, Estelle Lefébure, Elie Semoun, Richard Berry, Pascal Elbé, Laurent Lafitte, Jean-Paul Rouve, and Andrea Soldano.

With an aviation-inspired decor and music from famous DJette, the invitees enjoyed a timeless experience. With the hostesses dressed as pilots for the occasion, the invitees were able to immerse themselves in the world of the “Pilot” collection that is so unique to Zenith. The other stars of the evening were of course the three new models in the Pilot collection, which is a worthy and legitimate heir to the heyday of airborne conquest. The Pilot Montre d’Aéronef Type 20, the Pilot Big Date Special, the Pilot Doublematic and historical watches were presented and naturally attracted the attention of all invitees.
