For this online-exclusive edition of the CHRONOMASTER Original, ZENITH makes the most extensive use of the iconic tri-colour look that debuted in 1969, extending far beyond just the chronograph counters to the 1/10th of a second scale and even the strap. This CHRONOMASTER Original is exclusively available online, delivered in a special watch box that mimics the look of a coffee table book, depicting a 2D drawing of the watch on the cover.
The result of over 50 years in mastering the automatic high-frequency chronograph movement. The latest version of the El Primero calibre, dubbed the El Primero 3600, operates at the high frequency of 5Hz, with the ability to offer a true 1/10th of second indication. Its autonomy has also been efficiently extended to a power reserve of 60 hours.
