ZENITH watches feature different levels of water resistance. Watches rated to 3 ATM will withstand splashes or being immersed briefly in water, but they are not suitable for swimming. At 5 ATM, you can wear your watch while swimming. If you plan to wear your watch while snorkelling, practising extreme water sports, or diving, look for one rated to 10 ATM and pay attention to the recommended depth.

Caring for your water-resistant watch properly is important to keep it in good condition.
Before getting your watch wet, ensure the crown is fully pushed in, flush against the case. If your watch has a screw-down crown and pushers, fully secure these features. Do not use the crown or pushers while your watch is submerged or wet. Be careful if you wear your watch in the shower, as a powerful spray could unintentionally move the crown or pushers. After exposure to salt water, rinse your watch carefully in fresh water and always wipe your watch dry after using it underwater.
