PARTIAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE
1. INITIAL INSPECTION AND DIAGNOSIS
The watchmaker performs an overall check of the functions, of the general appearance and of the performance of the watch before establishing a diagnosis.
2. OPENING
The watchmaker then opens the case and takes out the movement (with the hands and dial) in order to check the functions, the rate, the lubricants and the presence of any defective components.
3. PARTIAL REVISION OF THE MOVEMENT
Partial intervention on the movement (without complete disassembly). Intervention not requiring a complete disassembly of the movement (regulation, adjustment of functions, etc.)
4. CASING UP THE WATCH
The dial and hands are fitted and adjusted on the movement, then assembled in the case.
5. TEST OF THE MOVEMENT'S OPERATION AND FUNCTIONS
The watchmaker will carry out the following checks: running control in five positions, check of functions, check of autonomy and check of automatic winding.
6. PERFORMING ADDITIONAL OPERATIONS
All optional interventions or additional operations (replacement of the crystal pusher, engraving, etc.)
7. REPLACEMENT OF ALL THE GASKETS
All gaskets are replaced (those fitted on the caseback, crystal, bezel, tube, crown, pushers and correctors where applicable).
8. POLISHING OF THE CASE AND BRACELET DEPENDING ON THE MATERIAL
The case and its various parts are entirely disassembled. Then, the case, the crown and the pushers are refinished as best as possible, to return the aesthetics of the original product. The bracelet is also refinished, in the same manner as the case.
9. CLEANING OF THE CASE AND BRACELET
The case and the metal bracelet are cleaned in an ultrasound bath.
10. FINAL AESTHETIC AND FUNCTION CHECK
Before being delivered to you, the watch's functions are checked by the Quality Assurance department, which conducts checks of: automatic winding, rate test in the five positions, power reserve, and water-resistance checks according to the watch's specifications, and a final aesthetic control.
