To enter this digital raffle (“Raffle”), you must be 18 years of age or older. You may be required to provide proof of age at any time.
This Raffle is not open to any employees of LVMH Watch & Jewelry USA, Inc. (“LVMH”) or Zenith Watch Company, or any of their relatives. For the purposes of this raffle, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
This Raffle shall take place on October 24th, 2021.
Entries are limited to one per person. There is no charge for entering the Raffle, and no purchase is necessary. In return for entering the Raffle, you consent to receipt of future marketing and outreach from LVMH. You further consent to LVMH and its affiliated companies’ future use your name, likeness or image for promotional and marketing purposes without the requirement for any payment to you.
If LVMH finds, in its sole discretion, that any entrant has cheated or acted in bad faith in entering the Raffle, such entrant shall be excluded from the Raffle and rendered ineligible for any prizes.
To enter the Raffle, each entrant must supply his or her full name, a valid email address, valid phone number and mailing address.
The prize for winning the Raffle shall be a Zenith wall clock (“Prize”). The Prize may not be exchanged and is not transferable.
LVMH shall not be responsible for the payment of any taxes or other fees incurred as a result of any entrant winning the Prize, and by entering the Raffle, you acknowledge that any taxes, fees or other charges that result from your winning the Prize are solely yours to bear.
LVMH shall notify the winner of the Prize via email on November 1, 2021.
LVMH’s review process and decision making with regard to all matters related to the awarding of the Prize is final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
By entering the Raffle each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless LVMH, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered, sustained or allegedly sustained in connection the Raffle or the acceptance of the Prize.
LVMH reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. It further reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Raffle if, in its sole judgment.
These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions.
By entering the Raffle, you agree that any disputes arising with regard to the Raffle or the Prize shall be adjudicated exclusively by binding arbitration before a JAMS arbitrator in New York, New York.
