The "Return your Watch" service is currently available for items purchased from the ZENITH online boutique. Watches purchased from the ZENITH online boutique can be returned within a period of 14 days. To request a return, simply log in to your ZENITH account and click on My Order to submit a return request. A member of our Customer Service team will then contact you.

The personalised home service is currently only available for the following countries: Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. The equivalent services are however available at our service centers around the world, where our teams would be happy to serve you.
