Shipping is handled by the postal service and Zenith covers the cost of the insurance included in this dispatch. This personalised service ensures your watch is dealt with in a manner befitting its status and with the utmost expertise.

1. Fill in the form below to order the special watch shipping kit.

2. Place your watch in the travel case provided, complete the repair request, insert the documents needed for the work required in the same box and affix the pre-paid return label.

3. If your watch is under warranty, please enclose your warranty card or a copy of your proof of purchase.

4. Zenith will confirm receipt of the parcel and a qualified watchmaker will open the case of your watch, to verify its operation, water resistance, movement functions, as well as performing an overall check before establishing a diagnosis.
