RETURN YOUR WATCH TO THE MANUFACTURE
ZENITH is delighted to present its new secure, prepaid service designed for returning your watch to the Customer Service department of the Manufacture. Shipping is handled by the postal service and ZENITH covers the cost of the insurance included in this dispatch. This personalised service ensures your watch is dealt with in a manner befitting its status and with the utmost expertise.
The personalised home service is currently only available for the following countries: Switzerland, France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands. The equivalent services are however available at our service centers around the world, where our teams would be happy to serve you.
1. Fill in the form below to order the special watch shipping kit.
2. Place your watch in the travel case provided, complete the repair request, insert the documents needed for the work required in the same box and affix the pre-paid return label.
3. If your watch is under warranty, please enclose your warranty card or a copy of your proof of purchase.
4. Zenith will confirm receipt of the parcel and a qualified watchmaker will open the case of your watch, to verify its operation, water resistance, movement functions, as well as performing an overall check before establishing a diagnosis.
